Yaya's Greek Dressing Recipes
Orzo Pasta Boil 1 pound Orzo Pasta, fine cut one green and one red pepper, cucumbers, red onions and greek olives. Drain Orzo Pasta, mix with diced veggies. Top with 1/2 cup Ya Ya’s Greek Dressing and 1/4 cup Feta cheese.

Spinach Strawberry Salad Combine 10 ounces of spinach with one quart of sliced strawberries and a half cup of roasted pecans. Pour 3/4 cup of Yaya’s Sweet n’ Sour Poppyseed Dressing and gently toss to combine. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Yaya’s Poppyseed Dressing is great as a dipping sauce for your favorite vegetable or fruit.

Wedge Salad Cut a head of lettuce into four pieces. Top each wedge with chopped hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon bits & blue cheese crumbles. Top with Ya Ya’s White French Dressing.
Broccoli Salad Chop 4 cups of Broccoli Florets. Add 3/4 cup of cooked chopped bacon and 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Mix in 1 cup of Ya Ya’s White French Dressing.
